RETURN & REFUND POLICY
A). Return
We do everything to ensure that you are satisfied with our goods. Should you have any reason for complaint or the piece of jewelry does not meet your expectations, you can return all items purchased from the official homepage of MARGAY online shop at your own expense within 14 working days of receipt of the ordered goods.

If you wish to withdraw the contract and return the goods purchased from our online shop, please complete and return the withdrawal form stating your name, your customer number, the goods, the order and article number of the returned goods and send together with the goods to the following address:

We recommend sending by courier or registered mail in order to have a right to a refund in case of theft or loss and keep the shipping receipts for any queries. We would like to point out that we do not provide a refund in the event of theft or loss upon return
.RETURN POLICY
MARGAY will not accept returns if the goods do not meet all of the return terms and conditions stated below:
- the goods must not be used, damaged, worn, or washed
- The guarantee certificate must be enclosed and all security labels must be present
- the goods should be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components
- The packaging must not show signs of wear, scratches or scuffs
- made-to-measure or customized products requested by the customer
B). Refund
If you withdrawal this contract, we will owe you all payments that we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, taxes or other costs caused by return immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract or the item. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
